AZC is reborn

Jorge Castro has encouraged me to pursue my Personal Package Cache spec with apt-zeroconf. I have concentrated on dusting the cruft off three-year-old code and adding comments as I gain comprehension of the code.

In the Apt-ZeroConf team's code, you will find many changes and improvements to the code. I have created a work around for pyinotify errors on Karmic which might also occur with other dependent packages. I have also put much effort into the proxy server with its pages and proxied urls. I have also added the ability to use a path to redirect to a apt repository.
